GST & Tax Policy

GST Invoicing

ConXchain shall issue invoice-to-invoice payments including applicable GST to Vendors and Transporters, as per the work order.

GST Compliance Responsibility

Vendors and Transporters acknowledge that they are the end users of ConXchain services and are solely responsible for:
- Filing GST returns
- Depositing GST with the Government
- Compliance with GST laws

Indemnity

ConXchain shall not be responsible for any GST non-compliance, penalties, or interest arising due to Vendor or Transporter defaults.

Documentation

All GST-related documents must be furnished accurately by Vendors and Transporters.
