ConXchain is a digital platform that facilitates sourcing, procurement, and logistics of construction materials for heavy civil infrastructure projects by connecting Clients, Vendors, and Transporters. ConXchain may act as a master vendor, registered supplier, contracting party, or technology-enabled intermediary depending on the project.

Users must be at least 18 years old, legally capable of entering contracts, and must provide accurate information.

Clients, Vendors, Transporters, and Partners.

ConXchain provides a technology-enabled ecosystem and does not guarantee award of work.

Users are responsible for maintaining accurate account information.

Bids are binding once accepted. Direct dealings bypassing ConXchain are prohibited.

Payments are governed by project-specific work orders. Delays due to non-compliance are not ConXchain’s responsibility.

Vendors and Transporters must comply with applicable laws, specifications, and timelines.

ConXchain may charge platform or service fees. Fees are non-refundable unless stated otherwise.

All IP belongs exclusively to ConXchain.

All commercial and platform data must be kept confidential.
 

Fraud, misrepresentation, bid manipulation, and misuse of platform are prohibited.

ConXchain may suspend or terminate accounts for violations.

Liability is limited to fees paid for the transaction.

Users indemnify ConXchain against claims arising from breach or legal violations.

Indian law applies. Jurisdiction: Gurugram, Haryana, India.

ConXchain may modify these Terms at any time.
